Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We do not stock all of our products. Each SL-PRO HOLSTER, BELT and ACCESSORY IS MADE TO ORDER. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF A MADE TO ORDER product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Stock items found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced by the same item. Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, non-stocked, made to order, personalized, altered in any way or not purchased directly from Sunrise Leather. 

If you wish to return an item, please e-mail or call our office to obtain a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and must be made within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Return authorization number must be printed clearly on outside of package to be returned or it will not be accepted by Sunrise Leather. Items must be returned in unused condition and shipped in a standard shipping carton to prevent possible damage in transit.
