TERMS OF SALE

All Sunrise Leather products will be sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. Should a Sunrise Leather product prove to be defective after purchase, the buyer, not the manufacturer, distributor/retailer assume risk of all necessary servicing or repairs. Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to product sold. Sunrise Leather reserves the right to make same or similar changes to products previously manufactured or sold by them. Prices and products are subject to change without notice. Determination of the fitness or the suitability of any product for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer.Claims for defective materials or workmanship must be made within 10 days. Please e-mail or call our office for instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for items that are used, non-stocked, made to order, personalized, altered in any way or not purchased from Sunrise Leather. If an in-stock product is returned, a 20% restocking fee will apply. 

CANCELLATION POLICY – SL-PRO MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

Sunrise Leather brand SL-Pro concealment holsters, gunbelts and accessories are made specific to customer order. We will only accept requests for cancelled orders within seven (7) days of transaction. A processing fee of 50% of sale amount will be charged once goods are cut. Your account will be credited for the remaining balance.
